The 15-Minute Reset That Ended My Morning Drift
By Elwood · For fathers building with faith, discipline, and legacy in mind.
I used to wait for motivation. That kept me stuck. What finally changed things wasn’t a huge breakthrough — it was a repeatable 15-minute reset I could run before the day got loud.
The Reset (15 minutes)
- 5 minutes: Prayer + alignment. Ask God for clarity, then choose one mission target for the day.
- 5 minutes: Body activation. Pushups, walk, mobility — something that wakes your system up.
- 5 minutes: Mission sprint. Ship one meaningful action before checking your phone.
Why this works
Because momentum beats mood. Once you’ve shipped one real action, your identity starts to shift from reactive to intentional.
Faith anchor
“Therefore put on the full armor of God... and after you have done everything, to stand.” — Ephesians 6:13
This week’s challenge
Run the 15-minute reset for 5 days straight. No perfection. Just consistency.
Reply challenge: send me one line — what your “mission sprint” will be tomorrow.
